Tech Deals
- Article 2.1.1 (Tech Deals Official Rate)
SAR21's official tech deals rate is at 6/200.

SAR21's non-official tech deals partners are GLOF, Last Call
- Article 2.1.5 (Tech Deals With Green Protection Agency)
Tech deals between SAR21 and GPA is not allowed.
- Article 2.1.6 (Tech Deals Activity)
Members must fill their foreign aid slots to the maximum. SAR21 is to reach over 90% of slot usage. Any members caught with no tech deal going on, will be kicked out.
Trade Circles

SAR21's official trade circles type is 7BR.

SAR21's members are not allowed to trade resources with the GPA.
DISCIPLINARY
Time Management
- Article 3.1 (During peace)
During peace, members must log in into their nation at least once per day
- Article 3.2 (During global war)
During global war, members must log in into their nation at least twice per day
- Article 3.3 (During involved/alliance war)
During global war, members must log in into their nation at least four times per day, especially for server time update.
- Article 3.4 (During problems and real life issues)
When members have problems or real life issues, they tend to forget to log in into their accounts and may result in total destruction of their nation in case of war, or raid. Any member who have problems or real life issues going on that would affect their nation activity must report about it to Blurrenza. Any members over two weeks inactive will be kicked out instantly.
ACTIVITY
- Article 4.1 (Maximizing Foreign Aid Slot Usage)
All members must fill their aid slots with at least three tech deals going on.
- Article 4.2 (Forums Activity)
Members are to check the alliance forums once a day.
- Article 4.3 (IRC Activity)
Members are invited to join the IRC. Within this IRC, you may chat to the rest of Cyber Nations players in realtime.
- Article 4.4 (Alliance Announcement Activity)
All members must reply to every announcement made. Time given to reply is 3 days after the announcement is created.
- Article 4.5 (OWF Activity)
Assigned members must register on OWF and try to post a few things over there.
- Article 4.6 (Diplomating Activity)
Assigned members must do the diplomating services to promote our propaganda.
MILITARY
- Article 5.1 (Monthly Military Check-up)
- Article 5.2 (Recommended Warchest)
- Article 5.3 (Royal Guardians)
Royal Guardians must be and stay at 9k NS to 18k NS. The Royal Guardians must be active enough to protect the members at all cost. To those above 14k NS must be a royal feeder, to distribute money to Royal Guardians.

Royal Feeders are to distribute their money to their members.
- Article 5.5 (SAR22)
SAR22 is like the second version of SAR21. It grows like a normal alliance, protected by SAR21. But SAR22 cannot declare wars, or declare anything without SAR21's permissions. To be built after SAR21 reached 50 members.
